OBD II Codes

Check Engine Light came on 2002 Ford F150 4.2L V6, I received codes P0174 and P0171 (Lean on Banks 1 and 2). I assumed it was the MAF so i cleaned it. Now I am receiving codes P0174 and P0455. (Gross Evac Leak). This weekend I will check the Evac Cannister. Is it unusual to have  another code come up after a simple servicing?

Are you sure everything is in its place as there may be a vacuum leak causing most if not all your issues?
