Recently received my new AAA card. Although this is trivial, I am now identified as MRS. Jane Smith (for example), not JANE SMITH. Who came up with this brilliant idea? If you care to check etiquette rules, there's a lot of different way to address ladies. Years ago, the use of Mrs. Jane Smith was used when her husband had passed away only, however now the etiquette rules have changed to where this is acceptable. Let's just simplify life and address the cardholders by first and last names, without the superflous titles!
