My wife & I needed a ride to Tampa airport and I recalled once using AAA to get a discount on Supershuttle tickets. So I searched AAA site & indeed there's a Supershuttle link there...which I clicked and ended up on their reservation form. Form includes a price search feature which I used to get my "AAA price."
Then I compared that price to price on Supershuttle site NOT entered through AAA and it was the same! So I called the Supershuttle 800 number & asked about AAA discount. Agent said yes, I would get the AAA discount AFTER I entered my credit card in the online form. So I did the reservation, entered my credit card as instructed...and stil ended up paying full price. What gives? Is there a secret code that I missed?
