Bacon lovers unite. I've just learned that Denny’s has created 7 “Baconalia” dishes to choose from...even a Maple Bacon Sundae. That smell will hit you the minute you hit their door. My family and I have always been big Denny's fans. Imagine my surprise when I learned that you can get a 10% discount (off the entire meal, plus beverages!) just by showing your AAA card.

The bacon theme continues throughout the menu...Bacon Flapjacks, BBBLT Sandwich, Triple Bacon Sampler...Yumm! Thanks AAA, you helped me bring home the bacon an then some!

Question:  I tried the bacon sundae and loved it! It's sweet, salty and super yummy.  I'm curious....would you be willing to give it a try?

I would totally try it!  The bacon has to be crisp, though -- I hate those white underdone spots!

I agree with blondie11. Whenever I order a BLT, I always ask for extra crispy bacon. I think I would be willing to try this sundae under those conditions.

I love bacon and I love sundaes, but the idea of blending the two sounds as though it would destroy both. This combination sounds completely unappealing. I'm not an adventurous eater, so maybe I'm missing something great...

I just saw this.  Um, I'm a little skeptic as to the sundae, but I do have a hearty appreciation for Bacon.  Perhaps its time to go to Dennys, I haven;t been there for a long time.

Ew. I'm a vegetarian so the idea of adding bacon to even more foods is so unappealing. Why wreck perfectly good pancakes or ice cream sundaes? Yuck.
