Hi,

I'm having trouble with the link in this posting...doesn't allow me to purchase tickets.  I tried calling the phone number in another posting and I did reach Ticketmaster, however they new nothing about it.  please help!!!!

Ticketmaster and Jersey Boys are working on fixing the issue. Until then, the $50 tickets to the Atlanta shows won’t be available. The Atlanta link has been removed on www.JerseyBoysInfo.com/AAA until it can be resolved. It is currently being worked on, and hopefully will be fixed by later today or tomorrow.

Why can't the tickets be purchased over the phone at Ticketmaster?   I hope it can get settled as well, but will AAA take responsibility for it and honor the $50.00?

The tickets are not AAA’s to honor. The ad does state “Subject to availability.” The issue is with Ticketmaster. We’re mostly in a waiting period until Ticketmaster can (hopefully!) get the issue resolved.

I realize it's based on availability.....but you never did answer why I can't call Ticketmaster direct?   You listed a phone number in one of your correspondences....seems to me the expiration date should have been the 15th of November, not the 15th of December.  I assume they over sold the first day and that there really isn't a problem with the website.  Where does AAA fit into the equation????
