I have been trying to get information on a trip to Italy that you are offering. I talked to Yolanda at the main number and she told me the trip was full but another was being added in July. I then called my local office to try to get more information and a price quote as I was looking elsewhere as well. My local office took days to get back to me and then Denise told me she would do a quote and send the information to me via email. In the meantime I had called Yolanda to ask to be put on the waiting list for the May trip. Days later she responded with a phone call that said she had gotten my phone call and to call her if I needed any information,she didn't tell me if she had put me on the waiting list. Denise has never quoted me via email, I emailed a message stating I had not gotten anything via email, still nothing. I just left a telephone message with her that obviously this trip is not worth taking with AAA.
