When the light turns green, Go

When the light turns green, Go

4 to 6 seconds might not sound like a lot. But it is & it holds up all the rest of us.

To many times after the light turns green I see cars that just sit there for several seconds before moving. May times it is because they are doing something other than paying attention.

So as you read this count to 6 slowly, It's a long time to wait for that person in front of you after you have been waiting at a red light.

We have all been stuck behind a person doing this, so Please I ask.

When you are the 1st car at the light, Pay attention.

I disagree...

I give it a few seconds, checking both directions before I go and that, more than once, has allowed me to avoid a, more than likely, deadly collision with someone running the light. Your driver education books even tell you to hesitate. There is no reason people need to be in such a hurry. If someone's truly dying, call an ambulance or a deputy, but don't put your life at risk too.
