Hello,

I am looking for travel advise, websites, previous experience tips/tricks, on a road trip from Miami Fl to San Diego CA. We plan on Taking the Southern Pacific route taking Highway 80. What I would like to know is whether AAA offers any maps that I can buy that caters to road trips etc. Also if you have any advise you can give on how much it will cost please share.

Your road trip sounds fun! And yes, we can definitely help. Click here to find AAA's TripTik Planner. It allows you to customize your route, highlights points of interest, construction info and so forth. You can also download one of our four phone apps for iPhone and Android users that lets you do everything from find discounts from your location, to notify AAA if you are in need of roadside assistance. As a AAA member, you can also stop by your local AAA office to grab a free map as well.
